Prof. Xiaofang Yuan

Hunan University, China


BiographyYuan Xiaofang, PhD, Professor in Hunan University, doctoral supervisor. He is mainly engaged in intelligent control theory and application, electric vehicle control and other aspects in automation. He has presided over more than 10 projects, including two projects ofNational Key R&D Program of China, three projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, special postdoctoral projects of China, science and technology plan of Hunan Province and Doctoral Program Fund of Ministry of Education. He has published more than 50 papers in IEEE Transactions and other international authoritative journals in the field of intelligent control theory and application, including 40 SCI index papers.

Prof. Aniruddha Bhattacharjya

SGT University,  Gurugram, NCR, India


Biography He is working as professor in CSE Department, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, SGT University,  Gurugram, NCR, India. He got Chinese Government Scholarship (CGS) [Full Scholarship] in 2015 for studying PhD in Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing , China from August 20th 2015 to 10th October 2019,  under guidance of  Prof. Xing Li (Present mentor) [ Late Prof. Wang Jing  was my mentor and Prof. Xing Li was co-mentor], Beijing National Research Center for Information Science and Technology, Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China.


The PhD work is supported by National Basic Research Program of China (2012CB316006), and National S&T Major Project (2015ZX03002010-002) and National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 61631013). Also he got full travel and conference funding from Tsinghua University's School of Information Science and Technology (SIST) and the Key Laboratory of Universal Wireless Communications (Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications), Ministry of Education, P.R.China (No.KFKT- 2014101) and National Basic Research Program of China (2012CB316000) to present this paper in Cambridge University, UK. He got full funding for his project from the Key Laboratory of Universal Wireless Communications (Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications), Ministry of Education, P.R.China (No.KFKT- 2014101) also. He is a IEEE Senior member.

 Assoc. Professor He Chen

Hebei University of Technology, China


Biography:He Chen received the B.S. degree in automation and the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from Nankai University, Tianjin, China, in 2013 and 2018, respectively.He is currently an  Assoc. Professor with the School of Artificial Intelligence, Hebei University of Technology, Tianjin, China. His research interests include control of underactuated systems (e.g., cranes) and motion planning of wheeled mobile robots. Dr. Chen is the recipient of the Outstanding Paper Award for the IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics in 2021 and the recipient of the Best Paper in Control Award of 2022 IEEE International Conference on Real-time Computing and Robotics (IEEE RCAR 2022). He serves as an Associate Editor for Journal of Vibration and Control, an Associate Editor for Transactions of the Institute of Measurement and Control, an Academic Editor for PLOS ONE, and a Section Board Member for Actuators.
